Five women artists, each new to J. Peeler Howell Fine Art, utilize a distinct visual vocabulary to explore themes and stories rooted in their respective cultural backgrounds.

The exhibition juxtaposes vibrant compositions inspired by the diversity among South Africa, the Philippines, Texas, and the Atlantic coast. The paintings include meditations on the self, nature, cosmopolitan travel, and childhood anecdotes.

Color and joy create cohesiveness in the work, as each artist proficiently demonstrates a unique past and a particular story to tell. Together, the work displays multifaceted perspectives of the human condition.

Each artist is sophisticated, elegant, and profoundly interesting, and J. Peeler Howell Fine Art is more than proud to present Sharon McCall, Victoria Peloubet, Dawn Waters Baker, Diane Walker-Gladney, and Amy Kelly.
